Permissions Checklist
☐ All authors have read/approved manuscript.
☐ Material has cleared any necessary prepublication security/policy reviews.
☐ Specified funding source/contract ID in acknowledgements (if applicable).
☐ For human-subjects studies, obtained/documented IRB approval.
Documents Checklist
These documents should be included with any submission:
☐ Cover letter including the author’s affiliation and contact information, proposed article type, and accompanied by a brief explanation concerning why the research is appropriate for CITRAP.
☐ Biographical sketch (no more than 200 words) of each contributing author.
☐ Acknowledgements recognizing any significant contributions by non-authors, providing information regarding grants or other funding sources, and any relevant Institutional Review Board information as appropriate. Any association that poses or could be reasonably perceived as posing a financial or personal competing interest in connection with the manuscript should also be disclosed.
☐ Manuscript conforming to guidelines set out in submission guidelines (see next section).
Manuscript Checklist
Prior to submission, double check that your manuscript meets the following requirements:
☐ Title page excludes author names/affiliations.
☐ Abstract (200-300 words), which should also specify the type of paper being submitted (Original Research paper,Scholarship in Practice, Perspective).
☐ Meets article guidelines by submission type (e.g., summary, title page, abstract, main body, references, figure legends, tables, etc.).
☐ Meets style guidelines (e.g., uses active voice, presents information concisely).
☐ APA Style formatting for article contents including citations, references, figures, and tables.
